This operations manual was created by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Djibouti and updated with KPMG Senegal and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in May 2023 to strengthen Global Fund grant management procedures and support the transition of the Principal Recipient role to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Djibouti in 2024.
